We know that COVID-19 is on all the minds of Canadians across the country. We are seeing it in the media everyday and we are all hearing it discussed by family and friends. We want to assure our customers the situation is the absolute top priority for our staff and family.

We would like to thank everyone, especially front-line healthcare workers, who are working tirelessly on this effort. These are uncertain times and A Cup A’ Coffee is continuing to monitor this extraordinary situation in our restaurant very closely. We are following guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada and taking several decisive actions.

. • We are doing our very best to stock our store as quickly as possible with fresh food and cleaning products to ensure our customers are served in a safe and healthy environment.

• Across our business, we are ensuring our customers are receiving the fresh homemade products they need at the same usual prices they expect and deserve.

• We have doubled our cleaning standards in the store, and have staff dedicated to cleaning key areas throughout the day.

• Finally, we will always be there for our staff. We have asked any employees who are not feeling well to feel confident staying home for their safety and well-being as well as the well being of our customers.

Thank you for your patience. Due to the incredibly high demand for our services, our restaurant will try to remain open for take-out and drive thru services only for the time being. Customers who are feeling unwell, we encourage you to stay home and get tested. We are working hard to provide the very best homemade food experience and a healthy environment for our family restaurant and communities. We will get through this together.
